As somebody who has always stood FOR what’s right and stood WITH those who needed my support, I am so proud to see some of my non-Armenian friends stand with me and my people in support for our cause. The violation that is Azerbaijan, the violation that is Turkey are on a mission to finish what the Ottoman Turks started in 1915, where they massacred 1.5M Armenians. A factual historical event and one that is widely acknowledged by the rest of the world, however Turkey still til this day denies it. Imagine if the Germans started slaughtering Jews again 100 years after the Holocaust. That’s basically what’s happening now in Artsakh. We are one of the oldest civilizations on the planet. We are one of the first nations to accept Christianity as a religion. Yerevan, the modern capital of Armenia, dates back to the 8th century BC, with the founding of the of Erebuni in 782 BC. Where was Azerbaijan? They were Non-existent. So, if you ever had an Armenian friend in highschool whos house you loved going to cause their moms always gave you sweets and food, if you ever had an Armenian mechanic fix your car for considerably less and do a great job cause he wants your continued business, or if you’ve ever had an Armenian friend in your circle, you should speak up and show your support because it means the world to us to know we are not alone.
